Ciudad Juarez.- The Prosecutor General's Office (FGR), through the Special Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime (FEMDO), obtained from the Special District Judge in the Criminal System the Indictment in Chihuahua, in connection with legal proceedings against a person for his possible responsibility in organized crime with the aim of committing a crime against health without a management function.

Based on the investigation, Lizette “F” around 2017 to 2018 was part of a criminal cell whose area of ​​operation was in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, which had various criminal behavior involving crimes against health.

This person was detained in Ciudad Juárez, from the aforementioned entity, by elements of the Federal Ministry of Police (PFM), the Criminal Investigation Agency (AIC), and placed in the jurisdiction of the agency that issued the arrest warrant.

Furthermore, in the initial hearing, the General Ministry of the Federation (MPF) provided sufficient evidence for the Judge to grant connection to the process, an informal preventive detention measure at the Social Reintegration Center in Aquiles Serdán, Chihuahua. and four months for complementary investigations.
