The legionnaires had no problems. The opponent was surprisingly easy, not to mention weak. Some of the dangerous actions he committed were mainly due to the host's mistakes, not the goodness of Belarus.
Their football skills left much to be desired. They couldn't control the ball, they lost duels, and Nigerian centre-forward Stephen Alfred, despite his height, didn't win a single header duel. Two Belarusian players in the Polish top league: Evgenij Szykauka of Korona and Ilija Szkurin of Stal Mielec were better than all Dynamo players. In Poland, the team we watched in Łazienkowska will defend against relegation.
This does not reduce Legia's advantage, which took advantage of most of the opponent's mistakes. The first goal was scored by Luquinhas in the 10th minute from Paweł Wszołek's pass, with the defender in the wrong position. The match was fairly even until halftime. Later, only the Legionnaires dominated the field.
Three goals scored in the space of nine minutes (Marc Gual 51 – penalty, and 59, Luquinhas 55) left the visitors completely lost, and the hosts, after changing players, were unable to add to the score.
