Buick-GMC placed in the top 10 for the first time in the latest National Automobile Dealers Association Dealer Attitude Survey.
NADA polls members twice a year to rate their satisfaction with brands’ performance and willingness to consider dealer feedback in decision-making.
In the results gathered from the 2023 summer survey, Lexus and Toyota continued to dominate, coming in at No. 1 and No. 2. Porsche ranked third, Subaru was fourth, and BMW rounded out the top five.
Honda fell out of the top five from the winter survey, replaced by Subaru, to finish in the sixth spot. Kia, Acura, Mazda and Buick-GMC completed the top 10.
Buick-GMC was the only newcomer to that group, replacing Cadillac, for its first appearance in the top 10, according to a General Motors spokesperson.
“We’ve got the best dealers in the business and we’re extremely proud of our partnership with them,” Duncan Aldred, global vice president of Buick and GMC, said in an email. “Together, we’re focused on continuing to break records and provide the best customer experience.”
The findings of the survey were shared with automakers. NADA is currently soliciting responses for its winter survey.
