Chloe Madeley has treated fans to a selection of snaps from a relaxing retreat. The personal trainer recently attended a luxury spa day and has been sharing various snaps from her visit.
The 36-year-old took to Instagram on Monday (18 March) to reveal she had been spending her downtime at The Spa at Coworth Park. She shared various pictures from inside her bathroom as well as Western-themed decorations at the Ascot destination.
In one picture, posted to her 297,000 Instagram followers, Chloe showed off her figure in a black Calvin Klein bodysuit. The all-in-one featured a plunging neckline, zip-down fastening and sleeveless design.
She showed off the flattering high-leg cut of the suit by pairing it with a pair of low-waisted grey joggers and accessorised with a dainty necklace. Chloe – the daughter of Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan – captioned the image “Why not”.
The mother-of-one also shared various other images and videos from her vacation – including a free-standing bathtub as well as a Boomerang of herself in a grey sweat set. Chloe’s latest update comes just days after she revealed fitness shoots had “messed” with her relationship with her body.
Last week, she posted a throwback snap of herself in the gym wearing a black sports bra and a pair of matching knickers with sheer panelling.
In the candid caption, she wrote: “I used to have A LOT of fun prepping for fitness shoots…had a lot of fun during and after them, too.
“But when it started to mess with my relationship with my body, I walked away from it. That was about 3 or 4 years ago now.”
Chloe explained that she’d worked “hard” to change her behaviour and mindset and that she’d gained a “healthy amount of body fat” since the photograph had been taken.
“In the 19 months since I had Bodhi, I HAVE gotten back in shape, but more in the context of being postnatal than anything else,” she continued.
“I rehabbed my body, waited for my hormones to come back to a state of homeostasis (after both pregnancy and breastfeeding), I regained some muscle lost and I shed some fat gained.”
The new mum added that she and her body had been through “so much together” and that 2024 would be “her year”.
Chloe’s determined energy comes just months after she and her former husband James Haskell announced their split.
The pair called it quits last October after tying the knot in 2018 and welcoming their first child together, Bodhi, in August 2022.
Opening up about their break-up, Chloe told OK! Magazine that the decision was made on behalf of their daughter.
“People seem to think that you should stay together for the children but, actually, we made the decision [to split] for Bodhi more than anything,” she told the publication.
“It wasn’t good and we want her to feel like she has a happy, healthy and loving family unit. So we made the best decision for her.”
The pair continue to co-parent their child, and James, 38, regularly features on his ex-wife’s social media accounts.
