Over the past few months, fans of the ITV soap saw Ed slip back into old habits after going into business with Ronnie Bailey (Vinta Morgan).

It’s not long before a festive fallout happens after Ed’s past addiction was the reason the family were all forced to move to Weatherfield in the first place when they lost their home.
However, his wife Aggie Bailey (Lorna Laidlaw) is unaware of the family drama that’s been unfolding as she’s out of Weatherfield.
How will she react to finding out her husband’s back to his gambling habits and that he’s getting involved with a criminal?
It’s not long before Damon is back to his old ways too as he decides to take revenge on Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) for driving him out of town by kidnapping him.
Touching on the scenes, Coronation Street boss Iain MacLeod told Metro.co.uk: “Adam finds himself in this nightmarish situation.
“All at the hands of Damon, who’s unexpectedly come back and in our minds, has been somewhere away from Coronation Street plotting his revenge.”
