Eddie Hall and his wife’s ‘hearts are exhausted’ after their unborn baby girl dies

Eddie Hall has confirmed the death of his unborn baby daughter leaving him and his wife heartbroken. The 35-year-old World’s Strongest Man winner and wife Alexandra were expecting their third child together.

They are currently parents to a son Maximus, 11, and a five-month-old daughter, while Eddie also has a daughter named Layla from a previous relationship.

The couple announced that they were expecting a baby together in October with a family snap at a pumpkin patch captioned: “Happy Halloween from the 5 of us.”

Tragically, only weeks later, Eddie and Alexandra have now released a joint statement to social media confirming their unborn baby has died.

Resharing their photo they used for their previous annoucement, the couple heartbreakingly penned: “Unfortunately we have lost our unborn baby girl.

“Personally we don’t want to talk right now, share too much, and don’t want to pick it apart.

“There is no right way to deal with these things, only the way you choose to.

“Our hearts are exhausted and talking isn’t going to change anything or bring her back.”

They added: “We hope that enough people see this to prevent us having to have this painful conversation in person. Right now we are taking some time alone to recover.”

“Thank you for understanding, Alex and Eddie,” the pair signed off.

Fans have since flooded the family with messages of support, with Hany Rambod writing: “So sorry for your loss.”

Arron Crascall added: “I’m so sorry,” followed by a love heart emoji.
