Christine Lampard was left red-faced after a camera man had no choice but to look at her bum. The presenter, 45, hosted Thursday’s (April 11) instalment of Lorraine while the Scottish star enjoys a scheduled week off.
The Northern Irish presenter welcomed Stephen Mulhern who discussed the next series of In for a Penny, which is set to return later this month. To celebrate the upcoming series, the Catchphrase presenter played a number of In for a Penny-inspired games with Christine and Dr Hilary.
This included holding a penny between their bum cheeks and dropping it into a glass placed directly below them. Both Stephen, 47, and Dr Hilary executed the move perfectly, but Christine was mortified when it came to her turn.
“Oh my god this is really unladylike,” Christine pointed out. As she attempted to place the coin in her trousers, she yelled: “Jamie you’re looking at my bum on camera four! This is terrible.”
Christine giggled as she attempted to drop the coin into the glass as Stephen and Dr Hilary watched on. When the coin landed beside the glass on the floor, the comedian insisted she give it another go.
“Do we have time? Oh my gosh this is really awkward,” Christine responded. She placed the coin in between her cheeks once again, covering her bum with her hands as she slowly moved across the floor.
“This is terrible!” Christine declared before missing the glass once again. Stephen fumed: “Practice at home! Unbelievable.” Earlier in the show, Stephen touched upon what people can expect from the new series of In for a Penny, admitting he “can’t wait” for fans to see it.
They can expect some new games, while some of the favourites will be returning. On the new games, the Dancing on Ice host said: “They’re bigger, they’re funnier and you can play along at home.”
