Strictly fans go wild for Dianne Buswell and Bobby Brazier’s ‘sweet’ reunion at care home

EastEnders star Bobby Brazier was putting smiles on the faces of residents at a care home this week with Strictly Come Dancing professional Dianne Buswell. The duo, who reached the final last year, paid a visit to residents as they showed off some dance moves.

Sharing some clips of their time at the home, Dianne captioned the video: “Today was just pure joy [sic]. To see how happy they all were to have us really was special. I got to have another little dance with the Bobsta still didn’t quite get that lift tho did we [sic] Thanks for having us.”

It wasn’t long before fans commented on the sweet montage as many were thrilled to see the pair back together again. Fan @buswe1l said: “The reunion we all knew we needed.”

@abbinoone added: “You can just tell you will have completely made their day. This is so lovely.” @Mica_sky wrote: “Awww this is the sweetest thing [sic] bless them.”

@Joanna9251 said: “Loved seeing Bobs and Di dancing together again [sic] the elderly there were in their element.” @Chris.disley.146 added: “Aww so lovely, great work guys.”

Bobby’s dad Jeff Brazier commented: “A million [heart]’s YES.”

In the video, fans got to see Dianne and Bobby dancing with some of the residents of the care home.

Although they couldn’t go without showing off some moves of their own as they performed some routines from last year.

One of which included attempting the infamous Dirty Dancing lift once again as the group sat around and clapped.

At the end of the video, some of the residents gave their score to the two dancers with the duo getting some 10s and a seven.

Last year, fans of the BBC show saw Bobby and Dianne make their way to the Strictly Come Dancing finale.

The duo were up against actor Layton Williams, who was partnered with Nikita Kuzmin and Ellie Leach with her dancing pro Vito Coppola.

In the end, Bobby received a total score of 117 from the four judges for his final performances.

However, it wasn’t enough to raise the Glitterball as former Coronation Street star Ellie was crowned the winner of the show.

Speaking about their triumph, she said: “I actually genuinely cannot believe this.”

While Vito was emotional over their win, she comforted him as he wiped tears from his eyes.

Ellie told Tess: “This is the first time I’ve seen him cry and for once you’re crying more than me so this [the glitterball] is for you.”

Strictly Come Dancing is expected to return later this year.
