A national police motorcyclist was violently kicked in the legs following another refusal to comply. The fugitive was eventually apprehended by the national police.
A police officer was seriously injured in the leg during a refusal to comply near Toulouse this Sunday. The driver, who fled, was eventually arrested as per our information.
The incident takes place near the Aéroconstellation site near Blagnac, north of Toulouse. Shortly before 2 p.m., a team of motorcyclists from the national police spotted the driver of a scooter. He appears to be driving at high speed without complying with the traffic code.
The patrol starts in pursuit. And one of the officials catches him. Once she reaches him, she asks him to stop. But the driver of this two-wheeler refuses. He was hit in the legs, but the exact nature of his injuries is yet to be confirmed.

While the victim's colleagues help him and alert the emergency services, the fugitive accelerates to escape the radars. Less than two hours after this incident, units of the anti-crime brigade (BAC) have just found his trail. This individual was apprehended around 3:30 p.m. He should be questioned quickly while in police custody.
“Our colleague must be transferred to the hospital. This is yet another refusal to comply. We obviously hope for heavy and exemplary sanctions. We must fight against this scourge of our daily lives. In France, there are on average, refusals to comply, every 20 minutes. It's very serious,” assures Lionel Ricaud, department secretary of the National Police Alliance union.
