The “Tourneuf la peuf” drug delivery network has been flooding the Haute-Garonne with narcotics for years. The judicial police arrested the manager in 2022, but his brother took over the activity. He was just indicted.
This drug ring always seems to rise from the ashes. In 2022, the anti-narcotics office, under the judicial police of Toulouse, wiped out the “Tourneuf la peuf” drug traffic, orchestrated by a 32-year-old restaurateur from Tournefeuille. This man and his accomplices collected almost 6,000 euros a day Since the arrests, the dealers have received heavy prison sentences handed down by the criminal court, including six years for the boss.
In the absence of the main organizers of this extensive delivery network, the former manager's brother would have taken over the “business”. This 31-year-old individual has not really changed the method envisioned by his elder. With the “Tourneuf la peuf” account, active on social networks, these thirty-somethings have won the loyalty of thousands of customers. To avoid any turf war with the competition, they implemented an original model to sell the products. In addition to home delivery of the drug, they arranged to meet all their users on the same day and at specific locations that changed every week.
The dog attacks the police
Despite his ingenuity, the national police eventually spotted him. Since March 2024, the man has been placed under surveillance. After increasing the number of wiretapping and surveillance, investigators from the narcotics and underground economy unit (USES) noted that drugs were being stored throughout the department, particularly in Saint-Alban, north of Toulouse. An operation is performed on September 3. That morning, around 6 am, 8 people, including a woman, were arrested. During the arrests, one of the suspects released his attack dog at the police. Officials are forced to open fire to protect themselves. The animal is injured, but its injuries are not fatal.
During the searches, the police seized 10,000 euros, 15 kg of cannabis and a kilogram of cocaine. They also seized €20,000 in criminal assets by confiscating items that were certainly obtained from drug money. This Friday, the main suspects, defended by Pierre Alfort, Herin-Amabile and Saihi, were indicted. A minor, represented by Me Camille Lauga, was brought before a children's judge.
