Palestinian Authority injure 20 mourners in West Bank funeral procession

Palestinian security forces have injured 20 people during a funeral procession in the West Bank on Wednesday, according to reports.

The Palestinian Authority opened fire at the mourners in Jenin, causing one serious head injury.

The mourners had been taking part in a funeral procession for three Palestinians who had been killed in an Israeli airstrike earlier on Wednesday in Jenin.

Videos from the incident show people frantically running down streets to escape fire as emergency crews carry bodies on gurneys.

Earlier on Wednesday, an Israeli airstrike killed at least three Palestinian militants traveling in a car near Jenin, according to Israeli and Palestinian officials.
