Prince Harry may have lost support from the British public but has found happiness with his family in the US, according to one royal expert.
Dr Tobias Harper, Associate Professor at the University of Arizona, noted it is difficult to determine whether the Duke of Sussex has maintained a hold of his success but looks likely to have found a path to have a happy family life.
He told Daily Express US: “It’s really hard to know how to define success, you can see this as a popularity contest, and in terms of his legacy, and to the extent to which he is kind of able to win back, or win over, the public, this is very difficult to control, and the press plays
“I think, their success in popularity is a separate question than their success in terms of happiness.”
Discussing Harry’s decision to resign as a senior working royal and move the the US, he added: “Maybe it was worth the gamble, to have more control of your life.”
