Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly conscious of their rapidly depleting funds, despite living a billionaire’s lifestyle complete with designer outfits and private jets, according to a royal expert.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, along with their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, reside in an opulent mansion in Montecito, California. Their nine-bedroom abode, nestled amongst neighbours such as Oprah Winfrey, Ellen DeGeneres and Katy Perry, is estimated to be worth £11million.
However, the couple’s extravagant lifestyle comes with hefty expenses, including security, private travel, and designer clothing – Meghan, who’s been urged to return to the UK for “business reasons”, recently donned an outfit worth over £3,300 during a surprise visit to a children’s hospital.
Now, a royal expert has suggested that the couple are fully aware of their dwindling finances.

“Harry and Megan certainly have enough money for now to carry on with their royal lifestyle in America, but the launch of the new brand suggests that they are aware that the money is disappearing fast,” royal expert and author Tom Quinn told the Mirror.
“They live among mega-rich celebrities in Montecito, and Meghan is determined to live as they live. The idea they might have to make choices about what they can and cannot afford fills the couple with horror.
“This is why whatever happens to Kate and King Charles, the new brand will not be neglected.”
The Duchess of Sussex has finally unveiled her much-anticipated lifestyle brand, believed to be a revival of her former lifestyle blog The Tig, which she closed down in 2017 ahead of her marriage to Prince Harry.
On March 14, Meghan Markle graced social media with a promotional video that saw her baking and caring for her dog in a ballgown against the luxurious backdrop of her expansive Montecito home.
The launch sent media outlets into a frenzy, all eager to cover every detail of the stylish Duchess’s latest venture.
