By leaving the UK for the US and splitting from the Royal Family, the Duke of Sussex has missed out on a key role in the future of the monarchy.
Charles Rae, former royal correspondent for The Sun, explained how Prince Harry has missed out on a key role by leaving the UK, despite being the second son of the Monarch.
Rae spoke on the publisher’s Royal Exclusive show about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and in it explained that Harry could have been set for a very influential position.
He said: “(Harry and William) were really, really close. And this is what makes it so sad that they’re now so far apart.

“When William becomes King, I always believed Harry would be one of his top advisers. I think that’s out of the window.”
He added: “That’s what Diana always wanted, the boys to remain as close as possible, they had each other, and it was them against the rest of the world but of course now it’s not happening.”
Meghan has recently launched a new project, titled American Riviera Orchard.
