Davina McCall thanked the ex BBC Countryfile Presenter Julia Bradbury for 'changing her life' and making her feel 'so good' The former Big Brother star, 56, was hailed as 'perfection' as she posed in a red two-piece bikini.

Davina is not shy about showing off her impressive figure, posing in Instagram post. The fitness enthusiast walked around showing off her sculpted abs and toned legs in a tiny bikini.

Davina captioned the post: “I'm on holiday. I had to. Tea anyone??” Julia joked: “Grab your coat…”

It was then that Davina revealed that the success of the latest part of her fitness journey was made possible by the advice she received from BBC host. She replied: “@juliabradbury Julia… you changed my life x

“I started meditating and I feel really good. And I gave up refined sugar completely. It was hard, but it got easier every day.”

Julia commented again with some more advice: “@davinamccall Sugar is so hard, I know. Blueberries and dark chocolate are your new best friends.

“You have a mindset, I'm so happy for you that you've started meditating again. These little habits help us form, from my own experience.

“Have the best vacation. More beach grounding and daylight.”

BBC leading Julia has been battling breast cancer since 2021.and has now been in remission for two years. After being diagnosed in September 2021, she had to undergo a mastectomy to remove a 6cm tumor.

Earlier this month, she opened up about the impact the disease has had on her life, saying: “It's impossible to face a cancer diagnosis, go through treatment and ongoing illness, whatever your situation, and still have your life intact.”

Cancer has changed my life dramatically.“You never forget it, but you can try to turn that experience into something else, and that’s what I tried to do – turn it into something positive.”

“It has made me a kinder, more understanding and more patient person. It may sound strange, but I am truly grateful for my diagnosis because it has made me rethink my life. It has revolutionized my approach to health and life.”
