In this edition, unlike others, 133 countries will participate, including Cuba, which returns to the competition after many years without participating. Osmel Souza knows Elena Tablada, the most popular candidate, well. Souza is a great defender of beauty pageants and gives an example to his native Venezuela, where he assures that the country is paralyzed during the competition, as here with a match of the Spanish football team. During my last trip to Madrid I was at a parade in El Corte Inglés and I saw two or three girls who could be Miss Universe,” she claims.
