Christian Horner showed that Max Verstappen adopted a champion mentality behind the scenes Red Bull.
The Dutchman has not won a race for more than two months but is not panicking about the team's lack of form.
Speaking after the Italian Grand Prix, Horner said: “What really impressed me about Max is how involved he is in this process.
“He doesn't panic. He works with the engineers. He explains very clearly what the problems are. He puts in the time and effort.
“He was at the beginning [on Sunday] He was on Zoom last morning and he's going to be doing some simulator work before the next race and he's been working really hard on it.
“I think he has shown a lot of maturity as a world champion, the way he works with the engineering group. Nobody likes the situation we are in now.
“Nobody is happy and we're going to have to work really hard to turn things around, but the one thing this team has is strength, depth and talent and we'll be back.”
