The Philadelphia Eagles added to an already deep roster on Thursday by trading three 2025 draft picks to the Washington Commanders for receiver Jahan Dotson.
While Dotson isn't a star, he should give the Eagles something they may have needed: a No. 3 threat at receiver.
On the other hand, Kliff Kingsbury, the Commanders' new offensive coordinator, said he wishes Dotson the best and added that he likes his team's current wide receiver situation, according to J.P. Finley.

The Commanders selected Dotson with the 16th overall pick in the 2022 draft after a successful career at Penn State, and he has caught 84 passes for 1,041 yards and 11 touchdowns in two years with the Commanders.
Now he has to go from a team in rebuilding to one that has at least a chance to win the Super Bowl.
Washington now has some tangible hope for the future thanks to rookie quarterback Jaden Daniels, the No. 2 overall pick in the draft in April, who was named their starter earlier this week.
They have a solid, established threat at WR in Terry McLaurin, and they're hoping young players like rookie Luke McCaffrey can provide additional threats.
McCaffrey is the younger brother of San Francisco 49ers star Christian McCaffrey. He caught 71 balls for 992 yards and 13 touchdowns while attending Rice University in Texas last season.
Washington also signed veteran dual-threat running back Austin Eckler, formerly of the Los Angeles Chargers, and the team is hopeful he still has plenty of juice left in him at 29 years old.
