Ciudad Juárez.- Governor Maru Campos handed over a check for 6 million pesos to the Ciudad Juárez Food Bank civil association.
This support is intended to provide hot breakfast to more than a thousand girls and boys in vulnerable situations through four school canteens.
During his visit to the organization's facilities, Campos highlighted that his government considers minors a priority and recognized the efforts of volunteers in improving the living conditions of these children.
The governor interacted with staff of the Food Bank, which operates with support from the Chihuahuense Business Foundation (Fechac), and pledged to continue meeting the needs of the community.
Apart from that, the President took part in loading trucks containing food packages intended for families in vulnerable situations and studied the logistics of distributing this aid.
