Parallel lines, as geometricians know, never meet, even though they extend to infinity.
However, I met two parallel lines who fell in love with each other, and love united them even before reaching infinity. They will also get there together, because nothing can separate them anymore. They are so united that they appear to be one line, when in fact they are two.
Geometrists will not recognize the history of these parallel lines. They are very linear, and do not accept anything that deviates from their axioms, formulas, and principles. On the contrary, the poets will believe it, and it is very likely that someone will write a beautiful poem about them. If I read those verses, I would put them here to prove two things: that poets know more than geometers, and that love makes two people one and united to infinity.
