Gerardo Fernández Noroña, president of the Senate Board of Directors, said that the upper chamber would defend President Claudia Sheinbaum against the “threat” of judges ordering her to eliminate the publication of judicial reforms in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
The senator emphasized that the amparo trial should not proceed if there is judicial reform and emphasized that what the judge wants to do is “political nonsense.”
