The emergency and inpatient services of the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) in Coahuila will operate next Tuesday, October 1, on a regular basis, with the aim of not affecting the operation of care on that day, designated as a non-working day service by the Federal Labor Law at the time of change of government.
Through an official statement, the entity's IMSS Deconcentrated Administrative Operations Agency (OOAD), reported this morning that laboratories, kitchens and basic service areas in hospitals will function normally, as roles and guards have been assigned.
The institution urges the public to use health services responsibly and go to the hospital if an emergency occurs, namely a situation that endangers life or organ function.
