Ciudad Juárez—The driver of a personnel carrier truck, which was not carrying passengers, this morning crashed into the concrete structure and metal retaining walls of the Juan Pablo II and Arizona Street overpasses, reported the General Coordination of Road Safety elements.
The accident occurred at around 6:00 a.m., when the driver of a blue International truck model 2006 with no license plates and only the economy number plate 10986, serving the Motores Eléctricos company, was traveling from west to east by John Paul II and crashed into the building.
Damage was caused to city assets and the truck was also hit on its front.
Road Safety Agents marked the location so as not to obstruct vehicle traffic and prepared a preliminary report of the accident.
