The Manaus City Council (CMM), published this Thursday evening (19), in the Official Gazette of the City Legislative Assembly (DOLM), the new notification schedules 001/2024 and 002/2024, respectively for the Middle and High Levels, of the CMM public tender, which was suspended.

Furthermore, Notification Letter Number 003 of 2024 for the Position of Prosecutor has changed and has a new date for registration, payment of bills, and implementation of the exam.
In total, the DPRD competition offers 83 vacancies in various training fields.
Registration
Registration for the positions of Middle Level, Higher Education and Prosecutor continues until October 9, at 23:59, Brasília time. Before that, registration will close this Friday, September 20.
The deadline for payment of the Middle and High Level registration fees is also 11:59 p.m. on October 9. For the Attorney position on the same day, but until 7 p.m.
Registration fee
The registration fee for the Intermediate Level is R$94. For the Advanced Level, R$220 for the Internal Control Auditor position; and R$175 for other positions.
For the position of Lawyer, the application fee is R$320.
Proof
The implementation of the test also has a new date. For Middle and High School, the exam will be held on November 17.
The High Level objective test will be conducted at 8 am, with gates opening at 7 am and closing at 7:45 am. The Intermediate Level test, at 2 pm, with gates opening at 1 pm and closing at 1:45 pm. The test application times follow Manaus time.
Regarding the exam for prosecutors, it is divided into:
Objective Test, and the first discursive test (questions on discourse and the preparation of legal opinions in the legislative field), on November 24, with the gates opening at 07.00, closing at 07.45 and testing starting at 08.00 until 12.00.
On December 1, from 8 am to 12:30 pm, the 2nd discursive question will be implemented, and legal opinions will be prepared in the administrative area.
Also on December 1, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., the 3rd discursive question will be applied and legal documents will be prepared. All times are in Manaus time zone.
All exams are of classification and elimination nature, in addition candidates will also undergo a qualification exam (classification nature), medical examination (classification and elimination), entrance medical examination (elimination) and must show documentation to verify the requirements and conditions (elimination).
The final result
The competition results for the Middle and High Level positions will be announced on December 23, 2024 at 17:00.
The results of the Prosecutor's competition will be announced on April 7, 2025 at 17:00. All times are Brasilia time. The results will be published on the official website of the Instituto Acesso: www.institutoacesso.org.br.
Suspension
The Manaus City Council Public Tender was suspended after an illegal and abusive decision made by auditor Mário Costa Filho of the State Auditor's Court (TCE-AM). However, the CMM Prosecutor's Office issued a writ of mandamus to TJAM requesting the issuance of a temporary suspension of Notification Letters 001/2024 and 002/2024, to fill vacancies in secondary and higher education.
This Thursday morning, Judge Maria do Perpétuo Socorro Guedes Moura, of the Amazonas Court (TJAM), suspended the TCE decision, culminating in the reopening of the contest.
In his decision, the judge understood that the City Council complied with all legal stages of the last competition held in 2003, which would not hinder the current stages of the competition, which also complies with legal requirements.
