The Netflix Realtors have the opportunity to make thousands of dollars selling million dollar properties, but which agent makes the most money?
Latest analysis from Agent's Adviceone of the leading resources in the real estate industry, revealed which of Netflix The show's stars potentially earned the most money at the end of this season.
As it turns out, while some stars earn millions in commissions, others are left with nothing at all.
Here is a complete list of how much all agents can earn.
Amanza Smith – Potential Commission $0
According to the analysis, Amanza did not earn a penny in commissions for Season 8.
The star had just one item with a potential commission of $173,000, but when the seller backed out of the deal, she walked away empty-handed.
Alanna Gold – Potential Commission of $489,000
Alanna made a splash when she joined The Oppenheim Group this season, showing great potential but failing to land any on-camera deals.
However, she has a few listings that could make her some money, meaning she could still walk away with plenty of deer.
The star currently has three properties listed for sale with a combined commission of $489,000, although the price of one home has yet to be determined.
Nicole Young – Potential Commission of $540K
While Nicole also didn't close any deals this season, she did manage to secure a major listing that would have earned the brokerage millions of dollars.
She's trying to sell an $18 million home, and if she succeeds, she'll earn a potential commission of $540,000.
Chelsea Lazkani – potential fee of $732 thousand.
Chelsea is another agent who didn't sell anything in Season 8, but she has a lot of properties available.
She is currently trying to sell three different properties, the most expensive of which is the $30 million property she shares with Mary.
Even with the split commission, she would still receive a significant portion of the $897,000.
Mary Bonnet – Potential Commission of $876,000
Like Chelsea, Mary is also expecting her commission from their $30 million joint listing.
She also has a number of other properties, including a $28.5 million Los Angeles property for sale that she shares with Jason Oppenheimer.
Chrishell Stause – $79K in commissions earned ($281K potential)
Chrishell is the first person on this list to actually sell a home this season, making $79,000 on his $2.6 million property that was previously featured on the show.
She also has another property with a potential commission of $281,000, as well as several other impressive properties she is considering but have not yet been priced.
Bre Tiesi – $105k in commissions earned ($359k potential)
While Brie may not have always been happy with her agent commissions this season, she is actually one of the highest paid actresses on this list.
She managed to sell a $3.5 million home, earning her about $100,000 in commission, and she has three more homes that could net her a potential profit of $359,000.
Jason Oppenheim – $1.2M in commissions earned ($787K potential)
Naturally, founder and CEO Jason earns the biggest commission, having sold three impressive homes during Season 8, the most expensive of which sold for $28 million.
He has earned $1.2 million in commissions this season and has two more lots that could earn him an additional $787,000.
