Skoda Karoq 2025 Price and Specifications: More Equipment – More Price

Skoda Australia reviewed my local Karok model range, introducing new badges and equipment, and raising the price of the mid-size SUV.

Until recently, the Skoda Karoq range consisted of the entry-level variant of the same name, the mid-level Style and the flagship Sportline, although the trio has now been renamed Select, Sportline 4×2 and Sportline 4×4 respectively.

The new base Karoq, which starts at $40,900 in Select trim, is $1,000 more expensive than the previous version, although it has been upgraded with extra features including an advanced driver fatigue detection system and metallic paint at no extra cost.

Stepping up to the Sportline 4×2 will set buyers back $46,990 ($1,500 more than the Style), but Skoda says it now comes with $6,500 worth of extra options compared to its predecessor.

The flagship Karoq Sportline 4×4 has seen the biggest increase, now starting at $57,990 on the road, up $5500, although it is said to be $7200 more expensive than the model it replaces. A host of features that were previously optional are now standard.

Skoda Australia is offering the Karoq as part of its Guaranteed Future Value (GFV) program with weekly payments from $99 (Select), $113 (Sportline 4×2) and $140 (Sportline 4×4) – based on a finance rate of 6.99% APR with a 20% deposit, a 60-month term and a maximum 15,000km range.

The 2025 Skoda Karoq is now available.
