Federal Electric Commission (CFE) reported that it was prepared for the possibility emergency state due to the entry of a tropical storm Kristy by sacrificing Oaxaca and part of Veracruz.
“According to the forecast track and radius of wind influence reported by the National Meteorological System, tropical cyclones can move, intensify, and become tropical storms,” explained the CFE.

He explained that to overcome possible contingencies in the best possible safety conditions for staff and the public, 787 electrical workers, 92 cranes, 246 light vehicles, 1 communications vehicle, 3 all-terrain vehicles, 6 emergency installations and 1 helicopter, are located at strategic points.
CFE detailed that his party is coordinating with the National Civil Protection System, the State Defense Secretariat and other institutions.
