Presumably those responsible for the cultivation carried this out under a system of “rotary sowing”, where they kept the immature plants in their early stages of growth in the greenhouse in their home, and then moved them to the adjacent house they rented, where they were transplanted and grown until they completed their development.
Both facilities had illegal connections to the electricity grid, which supplied energy to all the machines and devices they used.
With the incriminating evidence, both were arrested alleged perpetrators of the crimes of drug cultivation and production, as well as electricity fraud, and once the corresponding procedures had been completed, they were made available to the investigating judge with jurisdiction in this case.
