The judge's resolution, announced Friday, contains a single and very short legal basis: “By legal imperative.” The order reflects the terrible discrepancy between the instructor and the Fourth Department of the Provincial Court of Valencia, which allowed the appeals against the accusations, in the hands of the extreme right, against the provisional dismissal of Judge Vicente Ríos.
