The lawyer signed an agreement with the Human Rights Commission

Within the framework of the Laguna National Congress, the lawyer signed a cooperation agreement between the Human Rights Commission of the State of Durango, represented by Karla Alejandra Obregón Avelar, and executive secretary Alberto de la Rosa Olvera.

For the civil association, Gerardo Lara Pérez, founder of the Congress, Angelica Sieffe Alvarado, as general coordinator, and José Lorenzo Natera, as founder of the Mexican Academy of Interdisciplinary Jurists and member of the civil association of the Congress and member of the organizing committee, signed.

The aim of this agreement is to continue to be supported by the Human Rights Commission all support to continue holding the Congress and collaborating with human resources for the spread of a culture of promoting human rights.
