Too much salt and fat: the problems with pre-cooked pizzas

The result? Most pizzas sold in supermarkets do not pass the filter to be considered a 'acceptable choice'. Just now 43 out of 118 analyzed who obtained qualification, of which Only 2 Both vegetables are considered a 'good choice'.

There are two in particular that top the list with a rating of over 60 out of 100, a filter that could be considered a 'good choice'. These are:
- 'Veggie Lovers Pizza' from Garden Gourmet (75/100): This frozen vegan pizza with vegetables, corn and cauliflower sauce, priced at 6.89 euros and in a 430 gram format, is the healthiest according to the OCU. It doesn't contain additives or excess saturated fats, but it's not as cheap as other options.
- 'Forno di Pietra Vegetale' by Buitoni (60/100): A cheaper option that also gets approval is this frozen vegetable and cheese pizza. Without being vegan, the price of 3.65 euros for 380 grams makes it a good option to eat pizza in a healthy way.
- 'Coliflow Vegetables' (57/100): Third in the OCU ranking is this original pizza made on the basis of cauliflower, in its variety of vegetables. The branded pizza created by Alba Sánchez-Vicario It is sold in a 415 gram size for 4.89 euros and is the best pizza in a chilled format.
The OCU reminds that the consumption of this type of pizza should be something occasionally, where homemade preparation with chilled dough is recommended instead.
