Ciudad Juárez—Video surveillance cameras from the City's Secretariat of Public Security (SSPM) detected a man causing damage to a pole with an emergency button in the western area, who was arrested by police on Wednesday night.
The company's spokesperson, Adrián Sánchez, reported that the police of the Central District were alerted by personnel from the Emergency and Immediate Response Center (CERI), about a subject causing damage to the panic button located at the peripheral intersection of Camino Real with Navojoa Street in the Border colony.
Upon arriving at the reporting location, they saw one that matched the description given in the complaint, so after conducting an inspection they realized that he had broken the emergency camera glass, so he was detained at that time.
After being read his rights, César Ulises RA, 33, was taken to the State Investigation Agency.
