The Civil Guard has arrested four people for crimes against public health by settling Valencia various drug floors and the import of the new drug Alfa-PiHP from the Netherlands via parcel companies.
The research was made possible through collaboration with a private security company who alerted the Guardia Civil to a series of packages suspected of not containing the declared goods.
When analyzing it, officers found a white substance labeled “Alpha” that came from The Netherlands and that it did not match what was stated on the packaging. The vigilantes were able to verify that the substance was a relatively new drug known as Alfa-PiHP, a substance banned in Schedule 2 of the United Nations Convention on Psychotropic Substances and added as such on March 17, 2023.
At that point, the operation began, initially attempting to identify both the senders of the packages and the recipients. The investigative efforts succeeded in establishing analysis mechanisms on packages that warned of four key recipients of suspicious packages.
Two of them had a high receipt rate, which led investigators to suspect that they could be a drug importer involved in distribution. It was also observed that in the vicinity of these recipients there were several people who are addicted to substances and that after entering the premises they spent time inside.

This led the investigators to consider the hypothesis that they could not only be points of sale, but also points of consumption, that is, narco-flats. Given that the presence and continued existence of these points could cause problems for the security of citizens, entries and searches were agreed that would allow the dismantling of two narco floors in the city of Valencia.
A large number of medicines were found there, especially this new Alfa-PiHP -more than 200 grams-, not only prepared for sale, but especially for consumption. On one floor 28 hot pipettes with this substance were found and on the other 35. In addition, quantities of marijuana, ecstasy and crystal pills, 1,200 euros in cash and evidence that showed drug trafficking were also found.
This operation has enabled the dismantling of two drug dealers and the arrest of two four men between 28 and 58 years old.
He Alpha-PiHP It is a stimulant with effects similar to amphetamines. There are different ways of consumption, but the most common is inhalation through a pipe, where the combustion gases are absorbed. It is common for addicts to take small doses regularly.
A deadly drug
