Gómez Palacio City Council, through the Public Works Directorate, is implementing a permanent patching program to meet citizens' requests and improve road conditions in urban and rural areas of the city.

Salazar Reyes reports that in recent days patching crews have come to provide services to neighborhoods: Nicolás Fernández, Zona Centro, Fidel Velázquez, Hamburg, Philadelphia; at various points on Miguel Alemán, the Mexican Army highway on one side of Expoferia and Jabonoso, San Ignacio Bridge and Los Álamos Fraccionamiento.

This patching work is part of the road improvement program carried out by the DPRD.
