Napoli and Al Ahly have reached an agreement on the sale of Victor Osimhen, reports Fabrizio Romano.
Di Marzio claims the Saudi Arabian Pro League side have put together a lucrative offer worth more than £33m a season in wages.
Napoli, meanwhile, will receive £67million for the transfer fee plus add-ons.
A release clause included in Osimhen's proposed contract would leave the door open for Chelsea to try to sign the Nigerian in the future if they fail to secure him this summer.
However, late drama is not completely excluded.
The final decision still lies with Osimhen, who has not yet given the green light to Al Ahly.
Serious counter offer from Chelsea could turn the situation on its head if Todd Bowley and Clearlake Capital are willing to fork out the cash.
