Oh no… bad news for'Czech' Pérez they don't stop at Mexican Grand Prix. Between penalties, tricky starts and accumulated time in pit stops, the Mexican racer moved further away from first place.
'Checo' Pérez started from 18th position and in the first corner he managed to recover up to five positions. However, from there he started on the wrong foot, as a false start earned him a five-second penalty.
To date, Mexican pilot add two investigations into it, and that five seconds can add up.
Everything changed after an incident with RB Visa's Liam Lawson, which caused damage to Pérez's car. The crash damaged the button and caused a leak, resulting in the pit stop lasting more than 10 seconds, relegated the Mexican to the back of the grid.
