Cepsa sells its liquefied gas subsidiary in Spain and Portugal for 275 million

Cepsa, Spain's second largest oil company, has agreed to sell its liquefied gas subsidiary (Gasib) in Spain and Portugal to Abastible, a subsidiary of Chile's Empresas Copec, for 275 million euros.

The company has agreed to sell its butane, propane and automotive gas retail operations in Spain and Portugal to Abastible, a subsidiary of the group Chilean Copec, for an amount of approximately 275 million euros, Both companies reported.
