The a source told The Mirror that the disgraced Duke of York will no longer be estranged from the family King Charles' wishes.
According to the source, the king suggested that the popular Prince of Wales was supposed to take Andrew to church in Scotland while the family was on summer vacation, which he did.
This meant Andrew, 63, was photographed next to Prince William and Princess Kate, showing the world that he took an active part in family life.
A Balmoral insider told The Mirror there was some initial confusion about how Andrew would travel to church until he received a call on Sunday morning before the trip saying he would be travelling with the Prince and Princess of Wales.

The source also told the Mirror that the king had several conversations with his brother and decided that although he would not return to public duties as the Duke would like, he should be welcomed back into the fold.

The newspaper reported that neither Buckingham nor Kensington Palace had commented on the matter.
