Through Circular 18/2024, the judges were informed of the decision, which was not supported by the President of the Supreme Court, Norma Piña, nor the counsel Lilia Mónica López.
In view of the judicial reform, the Judicial Body accepted one of the demands of the judges and magistrates, namely to form a dialogue table.
It was decided to “convene a working group with the Dialogue Committee of the National Association of Judges and Magistrates, the Mexican Association of Women Judges, the National Association of Women Judges and Magistrates, the Secretary General of the Federation of Judicial Branch Workers' Unions, the secretary of the National Renewal Union and the Council of Secretaries and Actuaries of Justice.”

The dialogue will take place next Friday at 9:00 a.m. at a location to be determined, while “on Monday, September 23, the suspension of deadlines and terms of proceedings processed in federal jurisdictional bodies and administrative regions will be lifted.”
