The return of children to schools and kindergartens in September raises the question of at what age children can go to school and return on their own. What is important here is the concept of “road”, defined in Art. 2 of the Law of 20 June 1997, Road Traffic Law, in connection with the provisions of Art. 4 points 2 Law of 21 March 1985 concerning public roads. According to the regulations mentioned above, a road is “a structure consisting of road parts and devices, earthworks, or road engineering structures, specified in regulations issued under Art. 7 Law of 7 July 1994 – Construction Law, is a technical and utilitarian unit, which is located on a road and is intended for the movement or parking of vehicles, pedestrian traffic, movement of people using movement support equipment, riding horses or grazing animals .
