An accident involving a motorbike collision in Cunhã Porã, west of Santa Catarina, left two people injured in the early hours of Wednesday (06). Based on the victim's report to the fire department, the driver was trying to avoid a cow that was crossing the road when it fell.

The accident occurred on the access road to Linha Serão, in the rural area of the municipality. The 18-year-old driver told CBMSC that when he avoided a cow on the road, he lost control and left the road.
The driver and the 23-year-old woman who was the pillion rider suffered scratches on their legs and arms. The passenger appeared to have a broken bone in his left leg. Both were taken to the Emergency Room of the Cunha Porã Hospital Foundation.
