This is the result of the latest draft amendments to the Law dated 27 August 1997 concerning Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (namely Law Journal 2024, number 44, as amended). It provides for an increase in the amount of the monthly salary subsidy for employees with health disorders:
The amount of additional wage subsidies that an employer can obtain when a subordinate is diagnosed with one of the specified diseases should also be indexed.
