The latest investment, Cool BTS Gdańsk, will be built according to a suitable formula, namely at the specific request of this company. The complex will offer approximately 21,000 square meters. square meters of warehouses and offices and social spaces.
Modern technology in warehouse
The Gdańsk facility will be adapted to the specific needs of the Nagel Group, especially in the field of logistics of temperature-controlled food products. The reinforced roof structure will allow the installation of photovoltaic panels.
– We will use heat pumps to heat the halls and offices. “We are also focused on heat recovery from the cooling process,” said a LemonTree representative. – The complex will also include a rainwater tank, which will be used to irrigate the green areas and rinse the trailers, thereby minimizing drinking water consumption.
