– The month of October brought unexpected changes to the secondary markets in Warsaw, Wrocław and the cities of the Upper Silesia-Zagłębie Metropolis. Instead of the decline that buyers expected, we recorded an increase in the average price of apartments – say analysts of the site GetHome.pl. – In Kraków, Tricity and Poznań, average prices remained the same from September, and in Łódź they decreased slightly.
More expensive apartments are offered
As Marek Wielgo, expert at GetHome.pl says, the rise in apartment prices on the secondary market in Warsaw does not mean the end of price stabilization. – Relatively expensive apartments may be on sale here, which increases the average asking price per square meter of premises – he assured.
In October, the average price per square meter of second-hand apartments in the capital (around PLN 18,400/sq m) increased by 1%. – But according to data from the search engine real estate portal Adradar, the number of unique offers increased from 19.1 thousand. up to 19.4 thousand places – reports the website GetHome.pl.
