The roof of a gas station collapsed on Avenida Universitária, in the São Sebastião neighborhood, in Criciúma, at around 14.00 Tuesday (5), after gusts of wind and rain in the area. A car and two motorbikes that were under the building were hit, but there were no casualties.

This is the only record of damage in the vicinity. According to Civil Defense, the drop is believed to have been increased by the weight of the solar energy panels installed on it, which amounted to almost five tonnes.
The station was closed for cover removal and maintenance of a fuel pump that fell on site.
