Box damaged? Users reported login and PIX failures in the application

More than a thousand users reported problems with the Caixa Econômica Federal application this Thursday (7), according to Downdetector, a website that monitors the performance of websites and applications. On X (formerly Twitter), users reported problems making transactions and logging in.

“I made a photo, the amount came out of my account, didn't reach the recipient and didn't even return to my account,” wrote one user on X.

Caixa did not comment on the matter.
