The tram line between Bonn and Cologne, operated by Hafen-und Güterverkehr Köln (HGK), was the network most affected. Some of the HGK workforce took part in the strike, so that lines 16 and 18 initially only operated on a limited basis in the Bonn city area until the end of operations on Friday evening. The emergency operation carried out on Thursday morning should still ensure operations, as SWB announced on Thursday morning. However, there may be deviations in the schedules of lines affected by the strike.
