On Thursday, November 7 afternoon there was a major failure in the e-Toll system. The first to report these difficulties was RMF FM, whose listeners from across the country complained of problems paying fees through the system.

The failure has been officially confirmed on the government website. “Service work is planned for November 7, 2024 from 22.00 to 23.00. During this time, services related to user registration and support at Customer Service Locations and in Customer Online Accounts may be unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience,” we read.
However, users started reporting access problems to the e-Toll system hours before the planned service was functional.
As added on the government website, work is currently underway to return the service to working order.
The e-TOLL system is used to collect electronic tolls for travel on certain sections of highways, toll roads and national roads managed by GDDKiA. This is supervised by the Head of the National Tax Administration. In October 2021, e-TOLL replaced the existing viaTOLL system.
