Sao Paulo – A 46 year old man was arrested in action last Monday afternoon (4/11) after breaking into a shop on Rua Bento Souto, in Cerquilho, in the interior of São Paulo.
According to the Secretariat of Public Security (SSP), the man who was released after a custody hearing on Tuesday (5) has a long criminal record and has been arrested several times. He has a history of domestic violence, illegal possession of weapons, illegal possession of weapons, threats, corruption against minors, and physical violence.

The suspect's 18-year-old daughter also reported her father. According to her, the man forced her to hide drugs and weapons in her private parts, in addition to reporting being a victim of assault.
Police confiscated the weapon used by the suspect. The man was released, but will face charges of unlawful possession of a firearm for a permitted use, threats, domestic violence, corruption or facilitating corruption of a child under 18, and domestic violence.
