ZUS message regarding login change

In information provided on the ZUS website on October 31, PUE/eZUS users were informed of upcoming changes in available login methods. The office will stop the function of entering the PUE via electronic banking:

  • starting November 7, 2024 for Inteligo and iPKO system users,

  • starting November 8, 2024 for Citibank Online and BOŚBank24 users.

After applying the changes, users of this system will be able to log in to the PUE by selecting the “login.gov.pl” option. Other methods of logging into the system will not change. ZUS also informs about service work: from 20:00 on November 8 to 12:00 on November 11, the PUE/eZUS system will not be available to users. Currently, e-ZLA document issuance can only be done via the Doctor's Desk or the mZUS app for doctors (the app must be paired with a PUE account). Individual users can also use the mZUS app from November 8-11.
